This is a 4 person same sex team event. We've only got 15 Ladies Team + 15 Mens Team Spaces

In the spirit of good fun, we try and add a twist to the event and this years dressup Theme is 'TankTops and Tiaras'

QUADRIVAL Summer 2017 is a event aimed those that are not consistently "RXing" WODs but sure as hell give it a good go.
If you love your CrossFit, want to have abit of fun but naturally get competitive when the buzzer goes then this event will be right up your street. Join us on the day and feel the competitive atmosphere, gain more experience from competitions or if you have some experience already and fancy your chances at a podium spot then this is the event for you.
